Princess Smartypants

Princess Smartypants by Babette Cole turns the traditional fairy tale on its head. Princess Smartypants is perfectly happy unmarried, but her parents want her to find a husband. She sets her hopeful suitors a series of challenging tasks in this humorous tale of independence and choosing your own path.

A playful picture book to share aloud, with plenty to discuss about expectations and being yourself.
